Registration Info:
£180 per person for full weekend
£35 Saturday day visitor - includes trail, lunch, drinks and t-shirt

Trails: There is no need to pre-register for the Saturday trails. We normally offer a runners only trails of about 20km and a shorter trail of about 8km for walkers and runners. There will also be a Hangover trail on Sunday morning of about 5km. 

Venue: Castleshaw Outdoor Centre, Waterworks Rd, Delph OL3 5LZ

The venue offers bunkhouse accommodation with views of the hills and reservoirs of Castleshaw.  We will have the whole place to ourselves. There are goats! But they are outside. 

There is one disability access room, so this will be allocated on need.

Please do consider car sharing where possible, we like to try to be environmentally friendly! The closest train station in Greenfield, which is about a 10 min drive to the venue.

No dogs are permitted inside the venue, so while you may bring your puppies as a day visitor, those staying in the accommodation will have to leave them at home.

Payment: Invoice for payment issued on receipt of completed registration form. We recommend Wise for international payments.   *All bank charges are to be covered by the attendee including exchange rates.

Refund policy:  If you need to cancel please let us know by 30 April 2024. You will receive a full refund minus £10 admin fee. Cancellations made after this date will not be refunded

I understand that my consent to these provisions is given in consideration for being permitted to participate in this event.

I am aware of, and voluntarily assume the risks of coming to this event. If I am injured, I agree that I will not sue, or otherwise hold responsible, the Manchester Hash House Harriers committee, or any affiliated individuals, or any run sponsor and/or their employees.

I also understand that I am responsible for leaving my room in the same condition I found it in and will make financial reparations for any damage to that room. I have read and understood the above and agree with the terms and conditions listed herein.
